Shipping 
Lately, we have been shipping out all orders the same business day that we receive them (Monday-Friday, before our shipping deadline of 4PM MDT). This is not an absolute guarantee, and some orders may ship next business day.

Carriers are still experiencing unprecedented volume and shortage of staff due to COVID-19.
 
The delivery date quotes provided by USPS and UPS at this time are likely inaccurate. If your order is marked 'Shipped', it has been delivered to the shipping carrier. USPS packages are not scanned on hand-over and it is typical for packages to experience gaps or delays in tracking event updates.

If your order is very time sensitive, please contact us at (303)763-9730 and we will do everything we can to find the best way to get it to you as fast as possible, but please be aware there is no way for us to guarantee a shipment will absolutely get to you in time, even with expedited air shipping. The best thing you can do to avoid disappointment and frustration is to order early and leave room in your expectations for some delays.

Curbside Pickup
Our Winter Curbside Pickup Hours are 10AM to 5PM. 
There are 2 ways to place a curbside pick up order; place your order online and select "Curbside Pickup" at shipping. You can also place your order over the phone.

At this time, we have no plans on reopening our In-Store lobby. 

International Orders

We continue to ship internationally via USPS. With some delays typical of shipping during COVID-19, we have had packages delivered successfully to countries in Europe, Oceania, South America and Asia. USPS is currently experiencing international service interruptions. To see if USPS can currently deliver to your country, please refer to this list.

2021 Colorado Tie Dye Cup

The 2021 Colorado Tie Dye Cup will not be happening in April - it is moving to November - we have big changes for 2021 that we'll let you know about soon!

We're taking a look at the best way to put on our annual Tie Dye Cup in 2021. Because The Cup will no longer be held in April, we are also removing 420 from the name, and it will now be called the ever-so-slightly shorter "2021 Colorado Tie Dye Cup".
