COVID-19
6/3/21 Update:
All of our employees have been fully vaccinated, and we're all slowly (and cautiously!) getting back to things we love to do. Soon, this update page will be obsolete and gone. It has been nice sharing a little bit more in-depth what's happening in our world - we may transition to posting an update 'blog' every so often instead of updating this page.
There are still a few things that are important to know.
Shipping - Most reliability issues have been resolved, but we still run into delayed packages occasionally and there are still no delivery date guarantees, especially with USPS.
Inventory - Supply chains will be rattled with disruptions for the foreseeable future. This mostly impacts our Dancing Robin Made To Be Dyed Blanks, but may impact other items as well.
In-Store Lobby - Curbside Pickup has been wonderful, and we have no plans on opening our lobby again.

Shipping
We have been shipping out all orders the same business day that we receive them (Monday-Friday, before our shipping deadline of 4PM MDT). This is not an absolute guarantee, and some orders may ship next business day.
As we get closer (and into) Summer, this may change, and we will do our best to make shipping times/delays as clear as possible.
The delivery date quotes provided by USPS and UPS at this time are likely inaccurate. It is typical for packages to experience gaps or delays in tracking event updates.
If your order is very time sensitive, please contact us at (303)763-9730 and we will do everything we can to find the best way to get it to you as fast as possible, but please be aware there is no way for us to guarantee a shipment will absolutely get to you in time, even with expedited air shipping. The best thing you can do to avoid disappointment and frustration is to order early and leave room in your expectations for some delays.

Dancing Robin Blanks
We have received so much great feedback on all of our Dancing Robin blanks. Thank you for trying them and loving them as much as we do! In ‘normal’ times, we would have more of all sizes and styles available now. Unfortunately, we aren’t in ‘normal’ times, and our newest blanks haven’t arrived yet. We will share more about expected re-stock dates when we can.
2021 Colorado Tie Dye Cup
The 2021 Colorado Tie Dye Cup will not be happening in April - it is moving to November - we have big changes for 2021!
We're taking a look at the best way to put on our annual Tie Dye Cup in 2021. Because The Cup will no longer be held in April, we are also removing 420 from the name, and it will now be called the ever-so-slightly shorter "2021 Colorado Tie Dye Cup".
The bones of our initial plan is this:
We will accept submissions via photo instead of requiring all items entered to first be shipped to us. At this point, we will have a public poll and a judges poll selecting entries that move onto the next stage.
After this 'stage' of the Cup, we will provide shipping for the entry to us, for verification that it is real and hand dyed, and to present to our judges for Judges Choice voting. These entries will go into a public poll, and judges voting, to determine the winners this year.
Again - The cup won't be wrapping up in April anymore. It will be finalized in November, and we will let you know how to submit your entry soon.
Curbside Pickup
Our current Curbside Pickup Hours are 10AM to 5PM.
There are 2 ways to place a curbside pick up order; place your order online and select "Curbside Pickup" at shipping. You can also place your order over the phone.
At this time, we have no plans on reopening our In-Store lobby.
International Orders
We continue to ship internationally via USPS. With some delays typical of shipping during COVID-19, we have had packages delivered successfully to countries in Europe, Oceania, South America and Asia. USPS is currently experiencing international service interruptions. To see if USPS can currently deliver to your country, please refer to this list.
